49 S.R.L. (hereinafter also "the Company" and/or "the Owner") is particularly attentive to aspects concerning the privacy of its users. Through this page the Company therefore intends to describe the management methods of its website (www.sucarbrusc.it) with reference to the processing and protection of personal data of Users who access it. This is general information provided in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 "Regulation relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data" (hereinafter EU Reg.) for the sole purpose of institutional website of 49 S.R.L. - Ristorante Sücar Brüsc (hereinafter "Site") and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User via links on its pages for which the Owner is in no way responsible.
1. Data Controller

2. Type of data collected
a) Navigation Data
The computer systems and programs used to operate the Site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information which, even if it is not collected to be associated with the identified interested parties, could, by its nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user (art. 4 point 1 EU Reg.)
To consult the Site, the user is not required to provide any personal data. However, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to the addresses indicated on this Site as well as the inclusion of the same in the "Contacts" form will result in the acquisition of the sender's address and the personal data entered by the latter. necessary to follow up on the requests sent. 3. Legal basis and purpose of processing
The legal basis for the processing of navigation data (point 2, letter a) is to pursue the legitimate interests of the Owner in relation to the management of the Site. In particular, the navigation data will be used for the following purposes:

The data provided will not be transferred to third parties without first having obtained effective and unequivocal consent to the processing from the interested party.
4. Consequences of failure to provide personal data
The navigation data referred to in point 2, letter. a) are mandatory as they are strictly functional to the IT management of the Site. The provision by the User of the personal data referred to in point 2, letter. b) is optional and aimed solely at following up on user requests; therefore failure to provide such data will make any response from 49 S.R.L. impossible.
Failure to provide the personal data referred to in point 2, letter. b for the purposes indicated in point 3, nos. i), ii), iii) will not allow the Data Controller to carry out the indicated purposes.
5. Methods of data processing
The data will be processed by the Data Controller both in electronic format and, possibly, in paper format, according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. This processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and will include all the operations provided for by the art. 4, no. 2), EU Reg. (collection, recording, organisation, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction of the data) necessary for the processing in question, including communication to the subjects listed in the following point "Data communication". The data will be recorded and stored in both paper and computer archives, with organizational systems related to the purposes of the processing. Furthermore, to protect the data from destruction or loss (even accidental) as well as to guarantee its integrity and confidentiality (also against unauthorized access or disclosure) and in general to ensure the rights of the interested party, the Data Controller has adopted security measures of a technical and organizational nature, in compliance with the provisions of the EU Regulation (with particular reference to articles 24, 32 and 35).
6. Profiling
In case of explicit consent, the personal data provided may be profiled by the Data Controller only internally for statistical/comparative purposes, for better management of the services offered or for the creation of commercial profiles and/or for the analysis of user preferences sign in. The processing of personal data for profiling purposes will take place with tools and methods that are adequate and compliant with the requests of the EU Reg., in order also to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the interested party.
7. Data communication
In addition to the Data Controller, subjects within 49 S.R.L. may also have access to the data. and expressly authorized by the latter to process data pursuant to art. 29 EU Reg., according to the respective competence profile and for the purposes indicated above (point 3). The data collected may also be communicated to external parties (for example third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 EU Reg., which operate on behalf of 49 S.R.L. according to its instructions and exclusively for activities strictly connected to the purposes indicated above (for example to guarantee the operation of the Internet service, the management of the IT and telematic system).
8. Data retention period
The navigation data (point 2, letter a) will be stored, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the matter, for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. The Data Controller will process the data voluntarily provided by the user (point 2, letter b) for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and in any case no later than 12 months. 49 S.R.L. finally, it will process the personal data voluntarily provided by the user (point 2, letter b) for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter. i), ii), iii), for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case until a possible request for cancellation by the interested party.
9. Place of data storage
Personal data will be stored at the Data Controller's operational headquarters and in any case within the European Union.
10. User rights
The user to whom the personal data refers has the right to request and obtain, at any time, from the Data Controller, access (art. 15 EU Reg.), rectification (art. 16 EU Reg.) and cancellation (so-called “right to be forgotten”) (art. 17 EU Reg.) of your personal data. The user is also granted the right to limit the processing of personal data (art. 18 EU Reg.), the right to their portability (art. 20 EU Reg.) as well as the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing. processing (art. 21 EU Reg.).
In any case, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the art. 77 EU Reg., or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices pursuant to art. 79, EU Reg. if he believes that the processing of personal data relating to him has occurred in violation of the provisions of the EU Reg.
